1. The Service

PrintGo is an AI-powered tool that converts uploaded images and PDFs into press-ready PDF/X-1a:2001 files. The pipeline upscales, resizes to a chosen preset, adds bleed, converts colour to print-ready CMYK, and applies registration crop marks.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using PrintGo you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or by creating an account with an email and password. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment & Refunds

• Files are sold on a pay-per-file basis. Prices are shown before checkout and processed by Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except as set out below.
• Refund policy. If the file we deliver fails preflight at a commercial print shop because of a defect we caused — not because of a customer-side specification mismatch (e.g. wrong size or colour mode selected) — we will refund the file in full and fix the defect. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with the rejection notice.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Content Ownership

• Your content. You retain full ownership of all files you upload and of the press-ready PDFs we generate from them. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
• Your inputs. Any image, PDF, or other file you provide as input remains yours. We process inputs solely to deliver the Service and do not use them for any other purpose. We do not train any AI model on your input.
• The Service itself. PrintGo, its branding, interface, underlying code, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of Digiconsults FZCO. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you upload and the files you generate, including any third-party rights you must respect when distributing or printing them. Anything that is illegal in your jurisdiction is your responsibility and will result in the termination of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Distribute malware, spam, or any form of automated abuse of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to third parties as your own product.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice or refund.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

The pipeline uses third-party AI models for upscaling and bleed extension. While we structurally verify every output PDF against the PDF/X-1a:2001 specification before delivery, we do not guarantee that AI-extended bleed will perfectly match every source design or that any specific print shop will accept the file. You are responsible for reviewing the watermarked preview before payment and verifying the final file against your chosen shop's requirements.

8. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, fal.ai, Stripe, Resend), and unforeseen events may cause downtime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiconsults FZCO and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost printing time, or third-party print-shop costs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digiconsults FZCO from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account by contacting us. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your stored data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
