Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of PrintGo, operated by Digiconsults FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By uploading a file or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

PrintGo is an AI-powered service that converts uploaded images and PDFs into press-ready PDF/X-1a:2001 files. The pipeline upscales, resizes to a chosen preset, adds bleed, converts colour to print-ready CMYK, and applies registration crop marks. The Service also includes standalone design tools, such as image vectorization, background removal, sticker cut-lines, upscaling, and PDF conversion. The exact tools available depend on your plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using PrintGo you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

Without an account you may upload a file to receive a free scan report only. Processing files and using the design tools requires an account with an email and password and an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment & Refunds

Subscriptions. The Service is offered on monthly subscription plans. Current plans, prices, and what each plan includes are shown at printgo.ai/pricing and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Credits and allowances. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of files and/or credits, as described on the pricing page. Plan allowances reset at the start of each billing period and unused plan credits do not carry over. You may also purchase one-off credit top-up packs at any time; top-up credits do not expire and carry over between billing periods for as long as your subscription is active.

Free trial. New accounts may start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your trial automatically converts to a paid Pro subscription and your card is charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial from your dashboard at no charge.

Renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Plan upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Refunds. Subscription fees for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a file we deliver fails preflight at a commercial print shop because of a defect we caused, and not because of a customer-side specification mismatch (for example the wrong size or colour mode was selected), we will fix the defect, re-process the file at no cost, and re-credit the credits spent on that file. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with the rejection notice.

Price changes.We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Content Ownership

  • Your content. You retain full ownership of all files you upload and of the press-ready PDFs we generate from them. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
  • Your inputs. Any image, PDF, or other file you provide as input remains yours. We process inputs to deliver the Service. We may also use uploads and processing results to operate, debug, and improve the Service, including improving the accuracy of our AI processing. If you do not want your files used for service improvement, contact us at hello@mail.printgo.ai and we will exclude your account.
  • The Service itself. PrintGo, its branding, interface, underlying code, and AI prompts are the intellectual property of Digiconsults FZCO. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the content you upload and the files you generate, including any third-party rights you must respect when distributing or printing them. Anything that is illegal in your jurisdiction is your responsibility and will result in the termination of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Process content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or fraudulent.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or any form of automated abuse of the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to third parties as your own product.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice or refund.

7. AI-Generated Outputs

The Service uses third-party AI models for steps such as upscaling, bleed extension, vectorization, and background removal. AI output can vary: while we structurally verify every output PDF against the PDF/X-1a:2001 specification before delivery, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will perfectly match every source design or that any specific print shop will accept the file. You are responsible for reviewing the processed result in your dashboard and verifying the final file against your chosen print shop's requirements before sending it to print. If a result is not right, re-processing is available as described in Section 4.

8. Availability & Modifications

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages (for example Vercel, Supabase, fal.ai, vectorizer.ai, Stripe, Resend), and unforeseen events may cause downtime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digiconsults FZCO and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost printing time, or third-party print-shop costs. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digiconsults FZCO from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account yourself from your dashboard, or by contacting us. Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription. We may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We delete stored files and personal data according to the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
